A meal planner for meals you already know

Plan the meals
you already cook.

Save the meals your household eats regularly, then add them to the days you want them. Move things around as plans change and print the finished plan for the fridge.

You don’t need another list of recipe ideas.

Most households already have meals they come back to: fajitas, pasta, curry, pizza, a roast, something quick for Thursday.

Add a meal once and it stays in your saved meals. Next time you plan, find it and put it straight on a day.

How the planner works

Start with a few regular meals, or skip that step and add them as you plan.

  1. 1

    Choose your dates

Start with one week, choose a longer plan, or enter your own dates.

  2. 2

    Add your regular meals

Enter a few meal names to start your library, or skip and add them as you plan.

  3. 3

    Put meals on days

Choose a saved meal and then a day, or choose an empty day and type a meal.

  4. 4

    Move things around

Drag on desktop, or open a meal and choose another day on any device.

  5. 5

    Print your plan

Print continuously, a week per page or four weeks per page. Add recipe QR codes if useful.

Keep the meals you come back to.

Add a meal to a day once and MealPlannerTool.com remembers it.

Next time, start typing its name and choose it from your saved meals. If you saved a recipe link, that comes back too.

Change the plan without rewriting it.

Wednesday’s meal needs to move to Friday? Drag it across.

If Friday already has a meal, MealPlannerTool.com swaps the two. On a phone, choose the meal and then choose its new day.

Put the plan where everyone can see it.

Print one week, four weeks or your whole plan.

If a meal has a recipe link, MealPlannerTool.com can print a QR code beside it. Scan the code from the fridge when you need the recipe.

Add the link to the recipe you already use. When you print your plan, MealPlannerTool.com can turn that link into a QR code.

Plan together when you need to.

Share a plan with someone else using a private link. Anyone with the link can open and edit that shared plan.

Treat the link like a password and only send it to people you trust.
